CONSTRUCTION NOTICES

This Notice is to advise you of an upcoming sidewalk and driveway project which is part of the Dean's Trail Project. Work will start on Dick Smith Street on Monday, 7/16/2018. All work will be completed within the existing R.O.W. and utility easements. Work will begin on the North end of Dick Smith Street on the East side and proceed South. All driveway work will be coordinated with each resident. This street will be reduced to one-way traffic in some areas to allow for construction activity.
